Hayley Dean - Owner/Manager

Hayley opened the salon at the young age of just twenty one. She is a local girl from Tingley with over 17 years professional in-salon hairdressing experience, providing services in all aspects of hairdressing. With excellent knowledge and creativity skills in colour, cutting and styling, she is an extremely popular hair stylist in the area and a highly sought after character.
Training began in 2005 working in a hair salon in East Ardsley to assist an apprenticeship at Philips Hair Academy in Wakefield. Hayley was selectively chosen to pursue a fast-track course meaning basic training was completed within 12 months. Hayley continued her career in the same salon building a positive rapport with clients and building confidence and experience within the industry. She then took the opportunity to better her qualification and completed the City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing, also at Philips Hair Academy whilst working at Fusion Hair Studio, East Ardsley.
After working at Fusion for two and a half years, in January 2012 Hayley chose to study the City & Guilds TAQA course; a training and quality assurance course to become an in-salon assessor. This enables her to accompany young apprentices through their NVQ qualification. Then, in April 2015, Hayley completed a NVQ Level 3 in Training & Education through Wakefield College to allow her to pursue her career later down the line, as a hairdressing tutor. This has been the ultimate goal for Hayley; to teach her passion and profession to young adults wanting to start a career in hairdressing. This next adventure began in September 2022, as she took on a new role as Hairdressing Tutor at B-Skill, Ossett on Tuesdays.
Hayley is extremely busy in salon, which can mean appointments are limited so it is advised to book in advance to secure an appointment with her. With ambition and passion, she is driven to provide the best service to each and every client who enters the salon.
